NTS EXPANDS INTO UARK INNOVATION CENTER
Innovation Center at UARK Research and Technology Park
Ft. Meyers, FL - 9/30/21 — NTS Innovations, a science to commercialization company specializing in nanotechnology, is expanding into the Innovation Center at the University of Arkansas (UARK) Research and Technology Park.
The company currently has a hub in UARK’s GENESIS Technology Incubator, but the move to the Innovation Center will provide a larger footprint and additional testing capabilities.
The University of Arkansas Innovation Center provides an environment that promotes specialized skill training, education, research and technical support. The Innovation Center also provides office and laboratory space for technology-intensive companies, like NTS Innovations, to co-locate with university faculty creating a highly interactive culture necessary for innovation.
“Innovations and great ideas can come from anywhere,” said Tom Buzzell, Chief Operating Officer of NTS Innovations. “I’m excited for the continued partnership with UARK and opportunities for future discoveries that may apply to this technology or other areas that NTS Innovations has interest in developing.”
As NTS Innovations moves closer to commercially available energy harvesting chips, the expansion into the Innovation Center will enable the team to better analyze and test ongoing iterations of the products.

When the first-generation chip is fully developed, it will mark the beginning of a scalable and virtually limitless power-fulfillment solution for countless applications, without the need to recharge or replace batteries.
